Our gift baskets are shipped to Canada and the continental USA.
Rates quoted are for delivery via Purolator and Canada Post.
Local Montreal delivery rates may differ from the posted rates on the site.
We can deliver to rural areas and PO boxes , but the shipping charges will not be as quoted on the website. You will be contacted via email with the additional fees. Shipping to remote areas may take longer than to urban areas.
Montreal & Area – Local hand delivery in Montreal and surrounding areas is available 7 days a week.
Ontario & Quebec - Monday-Friday delivery. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for delivery. Saturday service is available for an additional charge in some areas.
Western Canada, Prairie Provinces, The Maritimes & Northern Territories -
Monday-Friday delivery. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for delivery. Saturday service is available for an additional charge in some areas.
U.S.A. - Please allow 3 to 8 business days for delivery.

Multiple boxes delivered to a single location are subject to a modest charge. This charge will be added once the number of boxes is confirmed.
FESTIVE SEASON DELIVERY
Avoid disappointment by placing your order(s) as early as possible during our busy festive season (November-December).
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
• Perishable gifts may have restrictions on shipping method.
• Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge.
• We cannot guarantee delivery delays due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts or weather conditions
An email confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all the information is correct.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in a delay of delivery and/or additional fees. If a gift is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the purchaser will be required to pay for additional shipping charges.
Cornucopia reserves the right to charge an additional $10.00 for address corrections if recipient's address is not correct.
We do not accept returns.
Only non-food baskets may be exchanged. For all exchanges, merchandise must be returned to our office by the purchaser within 14 days of delivery. Shipping and handling charges are at the customer's expense.
If your basket or a product in your basket arrives damaged, Cornucopia will be happy to replace it. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will make the necessary arrangements.
If an individual item is out of stock, Cornucopia will switch like item for one of equal or greater value. Cornucopia may substitute items (such as chocolate), that may melt, etc., due to extreme weather conditions.
